Yes, My PrEP supports the recommended regimen for cis men or people having anal intercourse only. This is the regimen where you start with two pills and are protected two hours later.
My PrEP does not currently support the regimen recommended for vaginal intercourse, which requires a week of pills before protection begins. This may come in the future!

Absolutely. You can export your complete history (including PrEP doses and partners/encounters if you have My PrEP+) as CSV or SQLite at any time from the settings. Your data belongs to you.
