Yes! Since v5, My PrEP fully supports continuous (daily) PrEP, including the regimens recommended for vaginal intercourse. The app supports 9 different schemas and adapts to the recommendations of 14 countries — France (ANRS-MIE), the UK (BHIVA/BASHH), Germany (DAIG), the US (CDC/USPSTF), and more. The onboarding helps you pick the schema that matches your country and your sexual practices.
Always follow your doctor’s prescription. The schemas in My PrEP map to the official guidelines of each country (CDC, BHIVA, ANRS-MIE, DAIG, GeSIDA, etc.) and depend on two things: your country of residence and whether you have receptive vaginal intercourse. The onboarding asks both, then suggests the schema that matches; you can also change it later in Settings.
doxyPEP (doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis) is a 200 mg dose of doxycycline taken within 72 h after a condomless sexual encounter to reduce the risk of bacterial STIs — mainly syphilis and chlamydia. It is now formally recommended by several authorities (CDC, BASHH, GeSIDA; HAS in France on a case-by-case basis) for people at higher risk. Since v5, My PrEP lets you log your doses, see which encounters are already covered (with My PrEP+), and warns you if a dose comes too soon or if the weekly limit (≤ 3 doses / 7 days) is exceeded.

Absolutely. You can export your complete history (including PrEP doses and partners/encounters if you have My PrEP+) as CSV or SQLite at any time from the settings. Your data belongs to you.
If you encounter a bug, have feedback, or a question, the best way is to send an email with your (anonymized) data or ideally a screenshot via the app's Settings tab > Contact. Otherwise, you can write directly to contact@myprep.app.
If you're switching from iPhone to iPhone, or Android to Android, and you choose to transfer your entire phone or restore a backup, My PrEP data will be automatically transferred in the process—you don't need to do anything. If you're switching from iPhone to Android or vice versa, or decide not to restore a backup, you can transfer My PrEP data independently. From your old phone (if you no longer have it, unfortunately it's not possible), go to the Settings tab in My PrEP, then tap Transfer my data, and follow the instructions. During the transfer, your data is encrypted, ensuring its security.
Privacy is at the heart of My PrEP and has been considered since the app's creation in every new feature. The app doesn't communicate with a backend, no account needs to be created, and data is stored only locally on your phone. Additionally, to ensure maximum security, no analytics or tracking tools are included in the app. This means we have no statistics on our end, and bugs don't get reported automatically. It makes our lives harder, but it ensures maximum respect for your privacy!
